  • A: Girls INSPIRE is designed for girls ages 12–18 and is best suited for middle schools, high schools, youth programs, or diversion initiatives looking to empower young women through life skills and entrepreneurship.

  • A: Yes! Ciera is available for in-person events and conferences nationwide. Travel fees may apply depending on location and event duration.

  • A: Coaching is typically 1:1 or small group and personalized to your growth goals. Workshops are structured sessions designed to engage teams or audiences on topics like inclusive leadership, mindset, or team-building

  • A: As early as possible, especially for Girls INSPIRE, which fills up fast during the school year. We recommend reaching out 6–8 weeks in advance for full program implementation. But we do make exceptions so do not hesitate to send us a message with your timeline.

  • A: Yes! Girls INSPIRE includes printable activities, and we offer a growing library of free and premium downloads for program partners.
